In order to make use of the Service you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and be in possession of a valid secondary school leaving certificate (or equivalent, e.g., A-levels).
The Services that are provided to you under this agreement are more fully listed on the website and relate to recruitment consulting services designed to assist individual job seekers with finding viable employment opportunities within the UK job market.
All fees for the Services are posted on the website or agreed upon at the time of purchase. All fees are payable up front. Hire Resolve will only deliver the Service upon confirmation from the designated third-party payment provider that payment has been received.
All fees as listed on the website are inclusive of UK VAT.
Should a payment be made fraudulently, or a payment reversed/withdrawn without written approval from Hire Resolve after confirmation of payment has been sent by the third-party payment provider, you will remain liable for the full payment, and Hire Resolve reserves the right to pursue you for full payment of any service delivered to you.
Hire Resolve reserves the right to make changes to the price of the Service at any time, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the cost of the Service before purchasing.
We offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the Service has not yet been rendered.

Failure to find employment during or after delivery of the Service does not entitle you to a refund of the Service.
You agree that you will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in an attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or systems of Hire Resolve or its affiliates.
You agree that you will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
You agree to act civilly towards Hire Resolve and all its employees at all times. Failure to act respectfully may result in cancellation of the Services.
You acknowledge that the use of the Service does not guarantee employment, whether immediate or otherwise, and that Hire Resolve does not guarantee you employment within the UK job market in any form.

Hire Resolve reserves the right to cancel the Service should it become known that:
In the event of cancellation for any of the reasons above, payment will be forfeited. If payment has been reversed or withdrawn, you remain liable for the full payment and any legal fees incurred in its recovery.
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property used on the website or for delivery of the Service are owned by or licensed to Hire Resolve.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without the express written consent of Hire Resolve and its directors.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hire Resolve does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Hire Resolve does not guarantee that the Service or its use will result in immediate or future employment. The Service is designed to assist the user in navigating the UK job market and understanding potential challenges associated with it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Resolve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
